The truth is I'm all but leaving dA. More than likely no more deviations (unless I get around to scanning old stuff), few new journals, little browsing, and probably only comments going to close friends. I simply don't have the time.
Lies again. I'm on facebook all the time. XD I just don't like messing around on here much anymore, except to see my pageview numbers 'cause I'm a pageview whore. I do check it at least once a week, though.
I am too busy these days, and lacking much desire or inspiration for art, so it's just not being produced. Unless you count me trying to draw hot guys in my notes when I'm bored. XDD There's been a lot of shit attempts to draw Masayoshi. lol
So, what's going on? Quite a fuckin' bit, really! haha I have gone insane with activities.
Along with my regular course load, I have taken on a lot of extra curriculars. I joined our Japanese Culture Society and organized a Japanese conversation group. Now I've just been elected for JCS vice president (which isn't saying much since I FAILED the interview, but was the only applicant for four openings...) which will eat up a lot of time next semester. I've also just got my self a conversation partner, who would like to meet twice a week. I'm also looking into part-time work and continuing our conversation group. And I'm taking 6 credits of 400-level Japanese next semester!! I'm actually really quite excited. :3
I'm also working on more direct future-oriented things. I just took Japanese Language Proficiency Test (THE test for Japanese, run by Japanese government. I think Department of Education?) at level 3. Killed that thing. It's actually a VERY low level, so it only proves I'm not a total and complete idiot, but at least I will be certified! And I know the testing format for when I take level 2 next year. (It's sooo much harder...) I also am hoping to take an online TEFL course for certification, making me look like a slightly better hire when I apply for English teaching jobs. Conversation partner and possible part-time jobs as either a Japanese tutor or an ESL volunteer should be good for this goal, too.
Again, I'm just excited about all this crap. XD Hope I'm not getting in over my head, though.
Annnnd, relationship-wise things are going quite squish-ily. X3333 Masayoshi in all his hotness is staying in contact with me again, excited that I may return for a visit next year, and at the very least treating me like a legitimate friend. The crush may turn out to be all one-sided, but he DOES know I really like him, and he did not seem to mind at all going on dates, so we shall see~~~
I'm very busy and things get rough at times, but I think the future is looking pretty darn good.
If you are truly in need of further info from me, feel free to read my livejornal. I usually update at LEAST every week, and it's full of all kinds of crap. Or friend me on facebook if you'd like.
